Research by the Australian Psychology Society says almost 40% of people feel stress at work and the Australian Bureau of Statistics states that 1 in 5 Australians experience mental illness. With this data in mind, it’s imperative that leaders today look after themselves so they have the best opportunity of leading a team to perform at its optimum.
Vitality matters. A high performance team works seamlessly as a unit with all parties energetically engaged in their area of responsibility to cohesively present as one.
